ListLift is an independent tool that helps Etsy sellers review their own listings and draft SEO, Pinterest, and Instagram content. This policy explains what data we access, how we use it, and the control you keep over it. ListLift is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Etsy, Inc.

Data we access

ListLiftaccesses your Etsy data only after you authorize it through Etsy's secure sign-in (OAuth). Access is read-only and limited to the shop you approve. Depending on the permissions you grant, this may include:

• Listing titles, descriptions, and tags
• Listing images, used for context only
• Your shop name and public shop information

If you join our waitlist, we also collect the email address — and the optional shop name or URL — that you submit.

How we use your data

• To generate editable SEO suggestions and social drafts based on your own listing content.
• To contact you about ListLift access and product updates, if you joined the waitlist.

What we never do

• Edit or publish changes to your live listings.
• Manage your orders or message your buyers.
• Access or read other sellers' shops.
• Sell or share your shop data with third parties.
• Train AI models on your content.

Your control and data deletion

You can disconnect your Etsy shop at any time, which revokes our access. You may also request deletion of any data we hold about you by emailing listliftsupport@proton.me. We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law.

Security

We authorize through Etsy and never see or store your Etsy password. Access tokens and any data we hold are protected with industry-standard safeguards.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as ListLiftevolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new “last updated” date.
